Our business started helping estate agents from back in 2010. Although the bulk of our work is providing clients with professional photos and plans, we have now expanded our capabilities to offer 3D virtual tours for Commercial as well as Residential. This is possible by upgrading our 3D cameras to the new laser technology. It means we can now scan , map and measure much larger areas (even in broad daylight) unless raining of coarse! We still use the infrared 3d cameras which are still great to showcase indoor spaces. Most agents are using larger centralized companies for this work, but we are able to offer a more personal, caring and face to face approach being a small independent group of professionals.

Drone Photography
The basic Drone package includes aerial photos. For an additional cost we can provide Drone Video Footage. If you are looking to get several jobs done or on a regular basis, then please contact us for a quote. Location can also affect the overall cost.
Walkthrough Video

There’s a risk of losing an interested party if this is not included in the marketing details. Some clients want to be sure of the size of a space before viewing and cannot afford to waste too much time.

The new laser cameras can also map out in bright sunshine inside and outside properties which is an amazing capability.
It removes all the limitations that the previous infrared technology was limited with.
Residential 3D Tours
We have just invested in the new state of the art 3D cameras, so we can now capture larger spaces such as Warehouses, Stadiums, Beautiful Gardens etc
Because the new cameras use laser technology each scan can reach up to 100m compared to the infrared cameras which have only a 20m range.

What's Included
All Our 3D Tours Include
We strive to provide clients with easy-to-use, affordable and effective solutions that elevate end-user experience. We provide the complete immersive 3D virtual experience for your customers. Whether you are showing off your new built property, restaurant, hotel, business venue or even showroom.
3D virtual tour
A 3d mesh is created using 360 degree infrared scans. Scans are taken approximately 1-2 metres apart. Each scan is aligned in order to create the 3d dolls house. When finished you can move around the space by simply tapping on the screen on your iPad or clicking the mouse on an area of the screen on a computer.
Professional images
Our team will take HD snapshots from the Matterport scans. Normally 1-4 photos of each room depending on size. These will then be sent via email as a zip file. If the photos exceed 21MB they will be split into separate emails.
Walkthrough video tour
This video playback will be created by our team after the scans have been processed. Because the camera is 3D as well as 360 degrees we are able make this walkthrough video. You can access this video via the playback button (button left) on the Matterport tour.
Free hosting
The 3D virtual tour is hosted for free for a period of 3 months. This can be extended for an extra cost of £10 per month. If the space needs to shown for much longer periods we can offer yearly hosting which cost £50 for 12 months.
Information tags
These tags can be added to any part of the tour. When clicked on they display information, photos, links too websites plus much more. Tags are easy to spot on the 3d tour (they look like small circles with a pin). We can also give access for our clients to be the collaborators of the tour, so they can add the tags, labels and links themselves.
360 degree images
Our team can take snapshots of the Matterport scans similar to the HD photos but as a 360 degree photo. These will not be automatically done unless specifically requested unlike the HD photos.
Walkthrough video tour
This video playback will be created by our team after the scans have been processed. Because the camera is 3D as well as 360 degrees we are able make this walkthrough video. You can access this video via the playback button (button left) on the Matterport tour.
360 degree images
Our team can take snapshots of the Matterport scans similar to the 4k photos but as a 360 degree photo. These will not be automatically done unless specifically requested unlike the 4k photos.
